Our code of conduct explains what we stand for and what we expect from each other – both individually and as a team wherever the location and whatever the culture. Our code of conduct sets out the principles that we believe will help protect our reputation and allow us to continue doing business by adhering to the highest standards.

We designed this Policy on human rights to explain how we expect our employees and (potential) business partners to respect human rights. This policy sets out the standards for those human rights topics that we consider most significant.

We do business with respect for people’s fundamental dignity and their human rights. This is anchored in our guiding principles, policies and standards. Our approach to human rights is based on international standards addressing forced labour, child labour, (modern) slavery, non-discrimination, freedom of association and collective bargaining.

Our supplier code of conduct sets out what we expect our suppliers to comply with. The underlying policies give further guidance on the various topics in these codes of conduct.

We encourage our employees, business partners and other stakeholders to report suspected misconduct without fear of sanctions, repercussion or unfair treatment. As a rule, concerns are reported and handled at local terminals. Should this channel (for any reason) not be appropriate we also have the 24/7 Evos Integrity Line.

Here reports can be made online and in multiple languages. You may even choose to report concerns anonymously if allowed by the laws of your country.

We have adopted privacy policies in order to address the specific privacy issues with regard to certain groupings of individuals and specific issues relating to the use of our website. We are committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality and security of the personal data of persons. Our privacy statement describes how we process, protect your personal data, to whom we disclose that data, and what your rights are in respect thereof.
