Group Commercial and Business Development Manager 

Evos is a leading European operator of scale with positions in key hubs for the storage and handling of liquid energy and chemical products. We are an independent liquid bulk storage company with a network of state-of-the-art tank terminals in Europe. Evos operates eight terminals in five countries, with a combined storage capacity of 6.2 million CBM, operated by 720 employees. Evos was founded in 2019 and is owned by First Sentier Investors, a long-term oriented infrastructure asset manager. Evos is a frontrunner in new sustainable energy products. 

Job profile 

We are looking for an experienced commercial and business development manager, a future forward go-getter with a can-do mentality to join us in our further growth. You will be working together with the leadership teams at our eight terminals in Europe, the role reports to the CCO and base location will be determined in mutual agreement. 

You will be leading our broad new energies transition development opportunities and the further growth of our existing (industrial) terminals customer portfolio. Evos has a large network of ventures & partnerships in Europe and extensive industrial grade key account customer portfolio, which you will be growing and strengthening. 

Who you are, and our required qualifications 

  • Excellent commercial skills with C-Level and Government level network and stakeholders. 
  • Minimum 15 years of commercial and BD experience in port environments in various positions and companies, managing a diversity of stakeholders and operators. 
  • Extensive tank terminal experience leading large multi stakeholder (industrial) projects and negotiations. 
  • Strong social drive and energized by their large networking skills. 
  • Strong team player and -builder who is motivated working with diverse colleagues across various functional areas within our organization to develop and close opportunities with a hands-on and pragmatic mentality. 
  • Savvy with economic and financial models. 
  • Legal knowledge and track record experience. 
  • University degree.
